Founder, Culinary Med Coach
Marti Klein is a national board-certified health and wellness coach. She received her training at Emory University. She also holds certificates in CHEF Culinary Coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine (Harvard Medical School and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital) and in Lifestyle Medicine Coaching from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. In addition, she is a member of the Lipedema World Alliance.
She works with clients via telehealth through Flourish! Health and Wellness Coaching, her private practice headquartered in Dana Point, California.
Marti and her husband, Jim, enjoy cooking healthy recipes from a variety of cuisines, experimenting with new recipes, spices, and ingredients, and sharing home-cooked meals with friends and family.
